    The compression elasticity tester is specifically suitable for testing the fluffiness, compression rate, recovery rate, and other performance of various bedding materials such as silk quilts, glued cotton fluff sheets, and sleeping bags.

    1、 Testing principle of compression elasticity tester:

    Apply the set load, after the set holding time and unloading time, the pressure head automatically measures the displacement values (h0, h1, h2), and automatically calculates indicators such as fluffiness, compression rate, and recovery rate.

    2、 Functional characteristics of compression elasticity tester:

    1. The experiment was conducted using high-precision and dynamic precision screw pairs, with low noise and smooth operation during the testing process.

    2. Color touch screen display, easy to operate, displaying loading force, displacement changes, and time timing.

    3. Sensor applied force value, electrically loaded, without the need for weights.

    4. The testing process is fully automated, as long as the test sample is placed on the testing machine and the test switch is pressed, the testing can be fully automated without the need for manual calculation, and the test data is accurate.

    5. Can print the average value of a single and multiple tests.

    6. Automatically calculate fluffiness, compression rate, and recovery rate.
