    The laundry bead pressure tester, also known as the laundry bead pressure tester, is an instrument used to test the pressure resistance and compliance of various laundry beads. It can also be used to test the pressure resistance of various hoses. It is an ideal testing equipment for daily chemical factories, food packaging factories, pharmaceutical factories, quality inspection, scientific research and other departments. The laundry bead pressure tester meets the standards of GB/T1048 and QB/T5658-2021.

    1、 Experimental principle:

    Place a laundry gel (placed in a plastic bag) on a pressure plate and set the speed (200-250) mm/min until the pressure reaches 300 N or the laundry gel releases its contents. The experiment is complete.

    2、 Technical features:

    1. The touch screen display displays real-time force values, displacement deformations, and automatically saves the maximum value of the current test; The display interface can display the test curve in real time; Test real-time parameters such as speed and deformation.

    2. Using a high-precision, fully digital speed control system and precision reducer, the precision screw pair is driven for testing, achieving a wide range of adjustment of the test speed and smooth operation.

    3. Adopting high-precision sensors and professional measurement and control software, with high testing accuracy, wide testing range, and simple operation.

    4. The test speed and return speed can be set separately; At the end of the experiment, it will automatically return to its initial position.

    5. Equipped with a standard micro printer, it can print results at any time and can calculate multiple test results, maximum, minimum, and average values.

    6. Segmented speed control during the experimental process: The speed of the indenter before and after contact with the specimen is independently controlled to ensure accurate experimental results and high experimental efficiency.
